Terms & Conditions
Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account with, or otherwise using, The Chairman client portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Portal.
2. Who We Are
The Chairman Ltd (company number 17431416, registered office: Flamingo Land, Kirby Misperton, Malton, England, YO17 6UX) acts as a purchasing partner for selected businesses, helping clients review what they buy, reduce unnecessary cost, and source products and services through our supplier relationships.
3. Accounts & Access
Accounts are created by our team; the Portal does not offer open self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Orders & Requests
Requesting a product or placing a repeat order through the Portal is an expression of interest, not a binding contract. Orders are confirmed by our team, and pricing, availability and delivery terms are agreed with you directly before any commitment is made.
5. Consulting Enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the Portal are used to understand your requirements and to get in touch with relevant guidance. Submitting an enquiry does not itself create any obligation on either party.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us about your business, purchasing patterns and requirements is treated as confidential and is used only to provide our services to you.
7. Intellectual Property
The Portal, its design, and its content are owned by The Chairman or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Portal without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Chairman is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to your usual Chairman contact, or to thechairmans@outlook.com. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
